Every fabrication of high-quality orthopaedic aids and appliances using the lamination technique succeeds with BEIL’s first-class laminating resins. No matter if prosthetic sockets made of acrylic resin, orthoses made of epoxy resin or sole stiffeners made of polyester resin, the possibilities are almost unlimited.

In addition to impeccable moulding, the basic requirement for working successfully with polyurethane (PUR) foam is the reliable separation between mould and model as well as between mould and workpiece. Next to a large number of outstanding separating agents BEIL offers a wide range of high-quality and reliable PUR rigid and flexible foams.

Thermoplastic sheet material based on acrylic resin with multiple reinforcing inserts made of carbon or glass polyester. Easy thermoformable in the vacuum forming machine. Due to different fibre materials and their orientation, a wide range of different applications of BKF acrylic sheets and BKF CS acrylic sheets is offered.
